We accept the return within 30 days since the delivery. All returns are at your expense.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over 15€, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
Order damaged in transit:If damage is found upon receipt of your order, refuse it and the delivery service will return it to us. Once the order is received, we will contact you and offer a replacement for your order.
