The customer acknowledges having read and accepted the general terms and conditions of sale before placing an order. The validation of your order signifies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.
03. PRICESThe prices of our products are indicated in Euros, including all taxes (VAT). For orders delivered to countries other than metropolitan France, the customer is the importer of the products they purchase. For all products shipped outside the overseas territories or the European Union, the invoice is based on the price excluding taxes. The customer is solely responsible for declarations and payments of any customs duties or other taxes that may be applicable in their country.
04. PRODUCT AVAILABILITYThe products on our website are considered to be available by default. 06. DELIVERYAt the time of delivery: As soon as the consumer takes possession of the goods, the risks of loss or damage are transferred to them. Therefore, it is important to:
- Do not sign the delivery receipt before checking the contents of the packages and the condition of the goods.
- In case of breakage or damage, specific and precise reservations must be made immediately on the transport receipt and confirmed within 72 hours with photographs of the defective products, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier and a copy of this letter sent to Happy Dogs Company, otherwise, no dispute will be considered.
- Note: Statements such as "subject to unpacking" or "subject to verification" are not accepted by insurance and therefore have no value.
- If the delivery driver refuses to assist in unpacking the product, it should be noted on the delivery receipt as "the delivery driver refused to assist in unpacking the product."
- The customer is informed that the absence of written reservations on the delivery receipt constitutes a presumption of conformity of the products delivered, except for the provisions of Article L.211-7 of the Consumer Code on legal conformity.

For reshipment, you will be charged return and reshipment fees.
Refund: Each order is prepared on demand. Our delivery times will be communicated to you when confirming your order, depending on the choice of carrier. In case of stock shortage or unavailability of the ordered product, Happy Dogs Company undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and to specify an availability period. RECEIPTWithout prejudice to the measures to be taken with regard to the carrier, claims regarding visible defects or non-compliance of a product ordered or the shipping document must be made in writing no later than 3 days after the arrival of the products. 11. TRANSFER OF RISKSDelivery of goods or services - Article L216-1 - Created by Ordinance n°2016-301 of March 14, 2016 - art.
Happy Dogs Company delivers the goods or provides the service on the date or within the period indicated to the consumer, in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 111-1, unless the parties have agreed otherwise. In the absence of an indication or agreement regarding the delivery date or time, Happy Dogs Company delivers the goods or provides the service without undue delay and no later than thirty days (30 days) after the conclusion of the contract.
Delivery means the transfer of the goods to the consumer's physical possession or control. Delivery is considered to have occurred upon transfer to the consumer. As soon as the consumer takes possession of the goods, the risk is transferred, i.e., at the moment of delivery.
Article L216-2 - Created by Ordinance n°2016-301 of March 14, 2016 - art. In the event of Happy Dogs Company's failure to fulfill its obligation to deliver the goods or provide the service on the date or at the end of the period specified in the first paragraph of Article L.216-1, or, failing that, no later than thirty days (30 days) after the conclusion of the contract, the consumer may terminate the contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or in writing on another durable medium if, after having ordered, using the same means, Happy Dogs Company to make the delivery or provide the service within a reasonable additional period, it has not been performed within that period.
The contract is considered terminated upon receipt by Happy Dogs Company of the letter or document informing it of this termination, unless Happy Dogs Company has performed in the meantime. The delivery time will not run during the company's annual closure dates.
